What counts as an error?

Anything on a page that a reliable source contradicts.

  • A wrong or out-of-date fact: a price, dose, date, number, approval, recall or rule.
  • A claim our source doesn’t support, or a fact credited to the wrong body, such as a UK rule described as an EU one.
  • A source link that’s broken or points to the wrong document.
  • A translation that changes what the source says.

Not errors: a rule that differs between countries (each country version follows its own regulator), or a view on which medicine suits you. We don’t give personal advice. Typos and clumsy wording we fix quietly, but please still tell us.

What do you do with a report?

We check it against the original source and fix what’s wrong, everywhere it appears.

  1. We read your report and open the source behind the sentence, plus yours if you gave one.
  2. If the page is wrong, we fix it on every country and language version with the same mistake.
  3. We aim to fix confirmed errors within 7 days of your report, and faster when it affects safety.
  4. If you left an email, we reply with what we changed, or with the source that shows the page was right.

How are corrections marked?

A material correction gets a dated note on the page and an entry in the log below.

A correction is material when it changes something a reader might act on: a number, a price, a dose, a rule, or who said what. The note sits above the page’s sources and reads like this: “Correction, 14 Nov 2026: this page said X. It now says Y.” The page’s “Updated” date changes too.

Typos, wording that doesn’t change the meaning, and broken links swapped for the same source don’t get a note.

Report an error

Tell us the page, the sentence and what’s wrong. A source helps us fix it faster.
